We stayed in this great apartment for nearly three weeks. It is immaculate and very well presented and looks like it has only recently been renovated, everything is brand new and hardly used. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a short or a long stay. It is in a quiet area so we slept well at night in a large and a very comfortable bed.
The location is ideal for most attractions in Florence, it is only 10-15 min to the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery & Accademia, 15-20 min to the Vecchio Bridge and 30 min walk to Pitti Palace. The famous San Lorenzo central market is 10 min walk. The Firenze SMN (main train station) is 15 min walk which was great for us as apart from exploring Florence we made a number of train journeys to explore other places and it was ideal to be able to walk to the train station.
There are a number of grocery shops nearby, 5 to 10 min walk and many eating places to suit every taste and budget.
Sid was very flexible and we were allowed to check in earlier which was great and were met at the apartment by one of Sid’s colleagues who explained and showed everything to us.
Would highly recommend this place.
